How does the ProphetX promo code work?
The ProphetX sign-up bonus gives you $75 in promo funds after you commit at least $50 in trades. Simply enter the PRED promo code during registration to take advantage of the offer.
Bear in mind that the $50 is a trade requirement, so you can’t just deposit $50 to claim it. You can reach $50 through one or more trades, but any contract executed above 80¢ is excluded. Once you qualify, ProphetX issues $25 on Day 1, another $25 on Day 7, and the final $25 on Day 14, as long as you meet the bonus conditions.
How I used the ProphetX bonus
Rather than throwing the whole $50 at one heavy favorite, I prefer spreading it across short-term sports markets where I confidently understand the matchup.
With ProphetX, that approach also makes sense because contracts above 80¢ don’t count towards the bonus. I’d focus on two or three NFL, college football or MLB positions below that amount. Once the first $25 credit lands, I’d use that within a week so I don’t lose eligibility for the next installment.
That last point is very important. Under the promo’s terms, leaving your first $25 untouched can forfeit both the second and third installments.
ProphetX promo code terms and conditions
The ProphetX promotion is a great initial boost, but it isn’t simply $75 in withdrawable cash. I’d pay attention to how the three installments work.
- New participants over 18: You must be a new user signing up to ProphetX, over the age of 18.
- Account approval required: Your account must be approved before you can qualify.
- $50 qualifying volume: You must use at least $50 from your account to open one or more positions within 30 days of your account being approved.
- Opening trades only: Closing or offsetting trades do not count towards the initial $50 qualification.
- 80¢ maximum: Trades executed above $0.80 are excluded from both the qualification requirement and bonus-use condition.
- Three installments: ProphetX credits $25 on Day 1, Day 7, and Day 14 following qualification.
- Use the earlier credit: To receive the Day 7 installment, you need to have fully used the first $25. To receive the Day 14 installment, you must have used both $25 credits.
- 45-day expiry: Each individual $25 credit expires 45 days after it is issued if unused.
- One bonus per participant: You can only receive this new-user promotion once.
- Program end: The current program ends on December 31, 2026, or when 50,000 participants qualify, whichever comes first, unless ProphetX changes or extends it.
- Bonus availability: You can claim the bonus nationwide except in the state of Nevada.
How the ProphetX sign up bonus compares to other prediction apps
ProphetX has one of the strongest bonuses around when compared with similar prediction market apps. Here’s how the leading platforms’ headline deals stack up for value and qualifying requirements.

How do you claim the ProphetX promo code?
Claiming the ProphetX promo is quite straightforward, and you can take advantage of the bonus yourself by following these simple steps.
- Sign up and verify your accountStart from the ProphetX sign-up page and create a new account using your personal details. You’ll be asked for information including your full legal name, date of birth and address, and to accept ProphetX’s terms and conditions. Be sure to enter the PRED code during sign-up. You may also be asked to complete additional ID verification, including providing your Social Security number and a valid driver’s license or passport.
- Make a depositDeposits can be made for less than $50, but remember that the promo itself asks for $50 of qualifying opening trades. I’d suggest funding the account with enough cash to hit that requirement without relying on a single contract. You can choose from bank transfer, wire transfer, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and even crypto payment methods to make your deposits.
- Complete $50 in qualifying tradesYou have 30 days from getting your account approved to trade $50. This doesn’t need to be one single trade. You could put $20 into one NFL market, $15 into an MLB game, and another $15 into a college-football contract. What you cannot do is qualify using an opening trade priced above 80¢.
- Credits arrive in installmentsYour first $25 arrives on the first day after qualifying. Use the full $25 on new qualifying positions within a week if you want the second installment. The same applies for the third installment.
- Withdraw eligible fundsPromo credit cannot be withdrawn immediately. You’ll need to use them on trades and once positions settle, head over to the withdrawal section of the cashier. You can withdraw using bank transfer, wire transfer, or paper check. I recommend going for a bank transfer which is the fastest method and will have your funds processed within three business days.
What’s trending on ProphetX right now?
October is an especially busy time to use ProphetX because NFL and college football are running alongside the Wild Card round of the MLB regular season.
At the moment, trending prediction markets include “Indianapolis Colts at Washington Commanders”, “Super Bowl LXI Winner”, and “New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills”. You also get some politics trades doing the rounds, including “Maine Senate Winner” and “Ohio Senate Winner”.
ProphetX NFL odds
NFL is one of ProphetX’s strongest areas. Right now, ProphetX promotes more than 70,000 NFL markets, and you can trade on common moneyline, spread, total and player outcomes.
The Week 4 slate shows you what these NFL prediction odds look like in practice. On September 30, Houston Texans to beat Dallas Cowboys was trading at 57.98%, while Green Bay Packers to beat Tampa Bay Buccaneers was trading at 64.79%. You can also bet on longer term markets, such as Super Bowl Winners, where the Buffalo Bills are leading with a 13.89% trade. I would recommend using your promo cash on single game markets, as they can be easier to understand and will qualify for use with your bonus.
One of the biggest benefits I find with ProphetX isn’t simply the number of NFL games. I can also see the available price and order-book size rather than treating one sportsbook line as the only option.
ProphetX MLB odds
MLB odds are even deeper if we’re going by raw market count. ProphetX currently advertises more than 718,000 baseball markets, making it the largest named category.
At the time of writing, the regular season is over and we are on to Wild Cards. On September 30, New York Yankees are trading to beat Boston Red Sox at 55.95%, while San Diego Padres are trading at 54.95% to beat Chicago Cubs.
Of course, there are several layers of trading. You have the basic game winner, but also run lines, totals, home runs, hits, and more. The last few weeks of the season also introduce another factor because teams are fighting over divisions, Wild Cards, and postseason seeding. So, be sure to compare the individual ProphetX price with the wider market rather than automatically taking on whatever appears first.
ProphetX college football odds
College football adds enormous weekly volume because the schedule is much broader than the NFL. Right now, there are more than 44,000 NCAAF markets, with other major college-sports markets available on the site.
Week 5 has loads of popular games. Virginia Tech is trading at 60.94% to beat Pittsburgh, Notre Dame trades at 93.55% to beat North Carolina, and Western Michigan trades at 83.87% to beat Buffalo. You can also get more specific with your trades here, including markets like Rushing Yards, First Half, Passing Yards, and Team Totals.
The depth matters because you’re not limited to deciding who wins. ProphetX also lets you set your preferred price and wait for another participant to match it. That last feature is worth remembering. A displayed price for prediction market picks is not necessarily the only price you can trade at. If I think the current number is poor, I can leave a limit order and see whether the market comes to me.
ProphetX combos
ProphetX’s prediction combos are one of the features I interact with the most, because they combine a sportsbook-like parlay experience with exchange pricing. A ProphetX combo can have anywhere from two to 12 legs. Instead of independently executing each leg, the combination is handled together, with one stake, one combined price, and an all-or-nothing settlement.
The price is generated through a request for quote or RFQ system. What this basically means is that you build the combination you want, and market makers return prices for that exact collection of outcomes. That means the price comes from the market rather than ProphetX simply applying a static parlay table.
The biggest advantage is the fee structure. ProphetX currently applies a 0% trading fee to parlay/combo gains, compared with the standard 2% fee on net gains from straight markets. I would still judge each combo by the underlying legs rather than only looking at the payout. All required outcomes need to succeed, so while every extra leg increases value, it also adds the number of things that can go wrong.
What is ProphetX?
ProphetX is a federally regulated sports prediction market exchange where users trade event contracts linked to real-world sporting outcomes.
Instead of ProphetX setting a traditional sportsbook line and taking the opposite side, orders are matched between market participants. It’s a peer-to-peer system where prices move according to demand. You can accept the current market price or set your own price and wait for another trader to match it.
ProphetX is much more sports-specific than other prediction markets like Polymarket or Kalshi. The current exchange offers NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, college sports, soccer, tennis, golf, UFC, and other sports, with little to offer in politics, economics, or entertainment.
The scale of these sports trades is huge. ProphetX currently has around 2.4 million live markets and an average match time of 0.4 seconds across its platform.
Is ProphetX legit?
Yes. ProphetX operates within the federal commodities framework rather than as a state-licensed sportsbook. The CFTC registered ProphetX LLC as a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) and designated it as a Designated Contract Market (DCM) in June 2026, allowing it to clear fully collateralized products.
Participant funds are held separately from the company's operating capital in segregated accounts at U.S.-based chartered commercial banks. The site is very transparent around its trading structure. Rather than simply trusting a brand statement about how pricing works, here I can see the order book, the available size at different prices, and the CFTC records behind the exchange.
My expert takeProphetX feels much closer to a transparent sports-trading venue than a conventional sportsbook. The CFTC registrations, segregated-funds framework, and peer-to-peer structure are the main things that give me confidence. With this level of transparency, I can see the clear specifics of how contracts are priced and resolved.
Where is ProphetX available?
ProphetX’s regulated prediction market is available nationwide, except for Nevada. But there is an important regulatory issue to note here. Connecticut issued ProphetX and several other prediction-market companies cease-and-desist orders in September 2026, and ProphetX has reportedly been in discussions with state officials. The site remains currently available in states like Connecticut too, but these state-level disputes are still worth monitoring.
ProphetX promos for existing users
The $75 offer is aimed at new users, but high-volume ProphetX traders can also benefit from the Maker Rebates Program. This is very different from a deposit bonus. It rewards you for adding liquidity to ProphetX rather than simply funding your account.
Maker volume is based on the size and consistency of your orders, as well as parlay quotes supplied through RFQ that are accepted. ProphetX calculates your level each calendar month using marginal tiers. This kicks off once you have a monthly maker volume of over $50,000, starting with a marginal rebate of 20%, which can increase up to 80% if that volume exceeds $7.5 million.
This is clearly aimed more at VIP-level trading rather than casual users looking for prediction market promos. Still, I like that the structure rewards users who improve the actual order book rather than simply encouraging more deposits.
ProphetX referral code vs the ProphetX promo code
The ProphetX referral code and the PRED welcome promotion are two completely separate offers. PRED is the Prediction Hunt promotion for new users, while a ProphetX referral link comes from an existing user's own account and has its own reward structure.
| Feature | ProphetX promo code | ProphetX referral code |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus amount | $75 trading credit | $25 for each referred user |
| Total offer value | $75 | Increases with $5 on each new referral, capping at $50 |
| Sign up method | Register through the Prediction Hunt offer with PRED code | Register through an existing user's unique invite |
| Code location | PRED code is shown on this page | Found in the existing user's ProphetX account |
| When to use | During the registration process | During the registration process |
| How to qualify | Complete $50 of eligible opening trades within 30 days | New user must use a referral code or link, be approved, deposit over $50, and make over $50 in qualifying trades |
| Claim limit | Once per eligible new participant | Can be claimed several times over with a $50 cap on any single referral |
| Expiration period | Each $25 installment expires after 45 days | 45 day expiry period |
How to refer your friends to ProphetX
You get incentivized to refer people to ProphetX, getting a $25 bonus for each new person you bring in. That figure increases by $5 with each new referral, capping at $50. Keep in mind that this is a separate promo to PRED, and the two cannot be used together. Take a look at how the system works below.
- Log in and find your referral linkOnce you have an account, head to the referral area and find your personal invite link.
- Share the inviteCopy the link and send it to the person you want to refer.
- Your friend signs up to ProphetXThey need to open and verify a new ProphetX account through that invitation instead of simply registering directly. Their account must be verified through the KYC system.
- They then make a depositYour friend must deposit funds and make over $50 in qualifying trades.
- Bonus funds paidOnce these conditions are met, the bonus is released and automatically added to your account.
ProphetX app review
ProphetX overview
From the get-go, ProphetX managed to stand out for me because unlike other prediction apps out there, it doesn't try to be everything at once.
The app is firmly centered around sports, with an emphasis on depth, rather than spreading out to try and reach all the different prediction niches out there. I instantly felt like I was using a specialized system, with way more trades available for some of my favourite sports, be it NFL, MLB, or NBA. At this point I also have to mention the great combo system. I could easily build a 2–12-leg combination and request a market price with no trading fee on combo gains.
The interface is simple, slick, and friendly. Within a few minutes of using the app, I had already familiarized myself with all the key areas, finding the exact trades I was interested in. The system gives you a clear view of all the trades associated with an event, and the ability to request my own price makes ProphetX feel far more like a market than a sportsbook.
I’d easily recommend ProphetX to anyone specifically interested in sports prediction markets. Sure, you won’t get the wide range of predictions on entertainment and politics that other apps might offer, but you’re treated to a far more curated system that is focused, deep, and detailed.
What ProphetX users say
ProphetX is very highly rated on both major mobile stores. Users seem to praise the app’s great prices and the freedom to request better odds. The iOS app has a 4.8 rating from around 3,400 ratings, while Google Play has a 4.3 rating from more than 700 reviews.
“I’ve been using this app for a while, and it’s truly a game-changer in the world of sports betting. The biggest draw for me is the ability to get the best prices available. The freedom to request better odds or propose my own is a feature I haven’t seen elsewhere, and it makes the experience so much more exciting and rewarding.”
App Store review
“Using ProphetX for a few weeks now and really like it! I’ve been sports betting for about 2 years, but this is my first experience with an exchange. The interface is great and now that I’m used to it it's pretty straight forward. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about being limited just because I do +EV betting. Have not gotten into Arb yet, but when I do this book will be great for that!”

ProphetX pros and cons
What we like
- Sports depth: This is the highlight of ProphetX. The app doesn't spread its attention across elections, celebrity markets, and economics. Instead, it's built around sports, with hundreds of thousands of individual baseball and basketball markets and substantial NFL, NHL, soccer, and college coverage.
- 0% combo fees: I particularly like the current fee structure for combos. Being able to build up to 12 legs, request a market price through RFQ, and avoid a separate trading fee on combos is fantastic.
- Price control: ProphetX lets you look beyond the headline number. The order book shows what prices and sizes are available, while limit orders let you ask for a better price rather than automatically accepting what's already there.
What can improve
- No non-sports markets: If you want to trade elections, economics, crypto-price events, or pop culture, ProphetX isn’t for you. Its specialization is an advantage for sports users, but it’s also a limitation compared with Polymarket or Kalshi.
- Learning curve: ProphetX 2.0 leans further into a financial-market style interface. I like the extra information, but a user coming from DraftKings or FanDuel may initially find terms like order book, liquidity, and limit price less intuitive.
User experience on the ProphetX app
ProphetX changed substantially in September with the launch of the revamped ProphetX 2.0. The biggest upgrade for me is the visible order book. Rather than just seeing one headline price, I can see what the market is offering and how much size sits behind individual levels. That's especially useful when I want to trade larger amounts, since a good price isn't very useful if there isn't enough liquidity available at it.
Despite the big changes to the system, the interface remains very straightforward. I can easily choose a sport, find an event, open the market, and either trade at the market or request my own price. This smooth navigation applies across all features, including live trading and player props, as well as a newly added parlay mode.
Mobile scores are strong. The iOS app currently has a 4.8/5 rating from roughly 3,400 users and is a relatively light 77.7 MB download. On the other hand, Android sits around 4.3/5 from more than 700 reviews. The app’s security has a fairly strong authentication system, with two-factor authentication included in the login system.
I firmly believe that the new design is a step up from the previous system. But it may take some getting used to, especially with all of the additional information that has now been included for events and trades.
Markets and liquidity
Markets are ProphetX's biggest strength, as long as you’re looking for sports-related trades. There’s a wealth of markets available, and as of September 25, the site boasts around 2.4 million markets live, spread across categories including:
- Football: NFL and college football markets covering game winners, spreads, totals, player props, and season-long futures. Over 70,000 NFL and 44,000 college football markets live as of Sept. 25.
- Basketball: NBA and college basketball moneylines, spreads, and totals, including player props. There are more than 385,000 NBA and 127,000 college basketball markets currently trading.
- Baseball: MLB game winners, run lines, totals, and player props, with over 718,000 markets live, making it ProphetX's largest sport by market count.
- Hockey: NHL moneylines, puck lines, and totals, with 99,000+ markets currently live.
- Soccer: Major leagues and tournaments worldwide, covering match winners, totals, and spreads, with 57,000+ markets currently live.
- Tennis: ATP and WTA tour events, covering match winners, spreads, and totals, with 52,000+ markets currently live.
- Golf: PGA Tour events, covering tournament and matchup outcomes, with 42,000+ markets currently live.
- Combat sports: UFC and MMA fights, covering fight winners and method of victory, with 7,000+ markets currently live.
ProphetX’s sports focus translates into deeper individual events. For an NFL game, I can move beyond the outright winner into spread, total, and player markets. MLB gives me game winners, run lines, totals, and props. College football similarly offers much more than simply choosing which team wins.
Most of the activity centers around the biggest sports markets. By September 7, ProphetX recorded around $45 million in trading volume, up 18.4% from the previous week. Sports accounted for roughly $40 million of that total, while combos contributed another $5 million. As expected, activity increased once the NFL season began. ProphetX recorded its first $10 million trading day on September 12, then topped $10 million on consecutive days during the opening NFL weekend. By September 14, NFL and college-football markets generated around $23.8 million in non-combo volume.
That said, ProphetX is still much smaller overall than its biggest competitors. During Sept. 1-7, when ProphetX traded $45 million, Kalshi recorded around $11.8 billion, while Polymarket US generated approximately $1.1 billion. The comparison needs context, though. Kalshi and Polymarket spread their activity across sports, politics, economics, crypto, and other markets. ProphetX is almost entirely sports-focused, so I find it more useful to look at liquidity in the specific game I want to trade.
Liquidity can still vary sharply. One recent four-leg ProphetX parlay was quoted at 12.17¢ with only $60 available at that price. This is why I always compare odds on prediction sites to make a more informed decision before trading.
Compared with Kalshi and Polymarket, ProphetX has far less overall liquidity but a much tighter sports focus. Its NFL, MLB, and college-football markets are already generating meaningful activity, while the visible order book makes it easy to see whether a specific market has enough depth before I commit.
You can also use our smart money tracker and prediction market picks as additional information sources. I wouldn't treat either one as a reason to blindly copy a position, but they can help narrow down a huge market board to trades worth investigating.
Pricing and fees
ProphetX's pricing is very different from that of a traditional sportsbook. The exchange doesn't simply decide what the odds are and then build a house margin into them. Participants submit orders, and it is supply and demand that determine where trades match.
If a contract is available around 60¢, that's the current market price rather than a sportsbook publishing a fixed -150 line. For straight markets, ProphetX charges a 2% trading fee on net gains per market. If I finish a market with $100 in net gains, a 2% fee would represent $2. I do suggest using a fee calculator when putting together your trades, so you're comparing your net price rather than only the headline contract value.
The great news here is that combos have a 0% fee on net gains. So, you pay absolutely no commission on these trades.
For the higher-volume users among you, the maker rebates program can reduce the effective cost of adding liquidity, with marginal rebates scaling from 20% after $50,000 in monthly maker volume up to 80% above $7.5 million.
Banking and payout speed
ProphetX's banking setup has been given a refresh in September. Originally, its core options were online banking through Aeropay, crypto funding through ZeroHash, and wire transfers. But the September updates have added new payment methods, including debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
You won’t get charged any processing fees from ProphetX’s end, but there may be fees associated with the payment method you choose. Take a look at this table for a full breakdown of all the available banking options on the site.
| Payment method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Fee | Processing speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Online banking | Yes | Yes | No processing fees | Instant deposits / withdrawals between 1-3 days |
| Crypto | Yes | No | No processing fees | Instant deposits |

Here you get access to an FAQ section, complete with a search function, as well as the option to get in touch through email or live chat. The live chat is available from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, and I found the response time very efficient, with a rep getting in touch with me in under 3 minutes.
Here is a full breakdown of all the available support options:

ProphetX vs. traditional sportsbooks
ProphetX can look a lot like a sportsbook when you're choosing between two NFL teams, but the difference between prediction markets and sportsbooks is pretty significant.
Peer-to-peer price vs bookmaker odds
A sportsbook publishes odds and includes its margin in the market. ProphetX uses an exchange-style order book where other participants submit prices. If I don't like the current offer, I can set my own and wait for someone to match it.
Tradable position vs locked wager
A conventional sportsbook ticket stays open until the event settles, unless the operator offers a cash-out option. On ProphetX, I can manage a position and trade as prices change, which is part of the basic market structure.
Visible liquidity vs one headline line
ProphetX's order book shows me the different sizes of trades that are available at different levels. On the other hand, a sportsbook generally shows one price and tells me how much I'm allowed to wager.
Federal vs state regulation
Traditional sportsbooks operate through individual state gaming regulators. ProphetX is instead a CFTC-designated contract market and registered derivatives clearing organization.
Alternatives to ProphetX
ProphetX is one of my preferred options if I'm specifically looking for sports markets, but it isn't automatically the right platform for every type of prediction trading.
Kalshi is a stronger alternative if you want a broader event catalogue. Alongside sports, it offers markets linked to economics, politics, and other real-world events.
Polymarket gives you similar variety and is particularly strong on politics, including the 2026 midterm elections odds, breaking news, and cultural markets. If I wanted to move from an NFL game into a congressional or economic event, ProphetX would be much more restrictive.
Novig is a more natural ProphetX comparison because it similarly has a strong focus on sports. However, I would still compare individual game prices before deciding which exchange to use.
You’ll also find other prediction market sites like Underdog, Gemini Predictions, and Crypto.com.
The main reason I still come back to ProphetX is its combination of sports depth, visible order-book pricing, and RFQ combos. But its biggest limitation is that if it isn't a sport, you probably need another platform.
Responsible trading on ProphetX
ProphetX has a great set of built-in risk controls that make it easy to manage your trades. You can set a daily deposit limit, take a trading break for a chosen period, use temporary or permanent self-exclusion, or permanently close the account.
I like to use these tools in tandem with my own budgeting system. Always be sure to set a budget before you start trading and be sure to stick to that no matter what. This should be reflected in the deposits that you make. If you decide that today you will trade $50, then only deposit that amount and not a cent more.
I also try to stick to sports and markets I genuinely understand rather than chasing something simply because the price has moved quickly. Remember that an event contract can lose its entire value, so always approach these trades cautiously.
