Terms of Use

By accessing or using prediction.com, our alerts, or any related service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you access our API, the API Terms of Service also apply and govern API use where the two documents differ.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any laws governing prediction markets, event contracts, or online wagering where you live. Availability of the Service in your location is not a representation that trading on any platform we track is lawful for you.

Prediction HuntPrediction.com is an information and analytics product. Nothing on the Service - including prices, arbitrage and expected-value signals, picks, model outputs, news summaries, or AI-generated commentary - is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to trade, or an offer to buy or sell any contract.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. We do not hold customer funds, execute orders, or place trades on your behalf. Every trading decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for its outcome. Trading event contracts involves substantial risk, including total loss of the amount you commit.

Aggregated third-party data: Prices, volumes, order books, and market metadata are collected from third-party platforms including Kalshi, Polymarket, PredictIt, ProphetX, Opinion, and Predict.fun. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete, or current.

Latency and staleness: Data is delivered on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, cached, or unavailable. Prices shown may differ from prices on the underlying platform at the moment you act.

Matching and derived signals: Cross-platform market matching, arbitrage detection, expected-value estimates, and picks are produced by automated systems that can be wrong. An opportunity we surface may be a matching error, may not be executable at the size or price shown, or may disappear before you can act. Always verify a market’s resolution criteria, fees, and rules on the platform itself before trading.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or API key. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a security or legal risk.

Paper portfolios, tracked picks, and any historical performance display are simulations based on recorded prices. They do not account for slippage, fees, liquidity limits, partial fills, or the market impact of a real order. Simulated or past performance is not indicative of future results.

• Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the Service outside of the API and its documented limits.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, authentication, paywalls, or access controls.
• Do not redistribute or resell our data or derived signals to build a competing aggregator or historical database without a written agreement.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or misrepresent your affiliation with Prediction HuntPrediction.com.

The Service - including its software, interface, written content, and the proprietary matching and signal logic behind it - belongs to Prediction HuntPrediction.com and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. Underlying market data remains subject to the rights of the platforms it comes from.

The Service links to third-party platforms, including trading venues we may have a referral relationship with. We do not operate those platforms, are not responsible for their content, terms, fees, or conduct, and do not endorse them by linking to them. Your relationship with any platform is solely between you and that platform.

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, pages, endpoints, or data coverage at any time, and we may impose or adjust usage limits. We aim to give notice of material changes affecting paid plans, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prediction HuntPrediction.com, its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or data loss, arising from your use of the Service - including reliance on any price, match, signal, or pick. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold Prediction HuntPrediction.com harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may revise these Terms as the product evolves. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
