Haaland's chances of being the #2 most searched person on Google in 2026 fell from 22% to 16% on Polymarket's #2 Searched Person on Google 2026 market, a drop of about 6 percentage points. The fall came in the 72 hours after he scored twice in Manchester City's Oct. 14 loss to PSG, according to the Premier League. Google's Year in Search report settles the market.
Haaland's Chances of Being Google's #2 Most Searched Person Fall to 16% After PSG Defeat
The price fell during one of Haaland's strongest stretches. The double against PSG gave him 10 goals in 9 appearances across all competitions this 2026/27 season. In that match, he became Manchester City's all-time leading Champions League scorer with his 37th goal for the club, surpassing Agüero's 36, the club reported.
