Allen did his most visible work on the ground in that game. He ran for 121 yards, his highest rushing total since his rookie season, while the passing game was limited without WR DJ Moore. The price rose anyway. We could not establish why traders bid the contract up after a game defined by rushing rather than passing.
Allen's 1,249 Passing Yards Through Five Games Put Him on a 4,247-Yard Pace
Allen has 1,249 yards, 7 touchdowns and 4 interceptions, according to ESPN. The pace math is short:
1,249 ÷ 5 × 17 ≈ 4,247 yards, roughly 750 above the threshold.
With 12 games left, Allen needs about 2,251 more yards, or roughly 188 per game. His game log shows he has cleared that mark before: he threw for 334 yards and 2 touchdowns against Houston, and for 253 in the 29-26 loss to New England on Oct. 4.
A five-game pace is not a projection. Allen ranks 10th among quarterbacks in passing yards, and Moore's absence is a sourced reason the passing game could run below pace. The 16-point gap between an 84% price and certainty implies the market is still pricing some risk.
Allen Is Level With Purdy and Ahead of Prescott in the 3,500-Yard Market
An independent Kalshi aggregator shows Allen at about 85%, Brock Purdy at 85% and Dak Prescott at 74% in the same market. Allen is not clearly ahead of Purdy, though he is ahead of Prescott. The full 3,500-yard passing season market tracks every quarterback's live price.
The Bills play the Raiders in Las Vegas in Week 6, then take a Week 7 bye before hosting Baltimore in Week 8. Allen's passing yards against the Raiders are the next data point that could confirm the 84% price or reverse it.
